Although we focus on strategic and organic growth, we have also been successful in guiding M&A activity on both the buy and sell side to augment organic growth.

What We’ve Achieved (not all inclusive)
As CEO, led a Digital Transformation company which tripled business revenue to $100M+ in two years’ time while converting ~95% SBSA revenue to ~45% F&O
As COO, led a graduated 8(a) to growth of 5x in five years from 2004-2009 while moving 90% of SBSA contracts to F&O revenue
As a public company executive, led reinvention of a declining federal business and acquisition of a strategic growth company to significantly increase enterprise valuation at exit
As CEO of a Private Equity backed company, led turnaround of an IT Solutions company with 100% F&O contracts and realization of a double digit valuation at time of sale three years after starting
Numerous efforts leading to 100% Award Fee realizations, Industry awards, and recognition
Led numerous efforts to implement best practices in key infrastructure maturity, quality/process improvement initiatives, and capturing large contracts many worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
In 2024, we assisted one of our clients to prepare and execute on a sale to Private Equity with a premium valuation over what would have been realized otherwise.
In October 2024, clients of GGA were awarded a contract for $500M and $300M where we participated in proposal strategy and review.
