Engagement 1: The purpose of this project was to assist in capture and proposal efforts for a large, complex, IDIQ, Multiple-Award Agency Contract (MAC) at a Federal Civilian, Financial & Regulatory Agency.

Engagement 2: The purpose of this project was to assist a small business consulting firm in strategic planning and marketing it’s capabilities to large prime contractors working at a Federal Civilian agencies.

Engagement 3: The scope of this engagement began with a focus on advising and assisting the Federal Civilian sector with organic business development at this 33-year old, mid-tier company, and quickly evolved into overall corporate Strategic Planning.

Accomplishments included: assisting the development of their strategic plan, supporting and helping the stand up of four working groups along strategic vectors, facilitating two offsite meetings with management and senior leadership, and helping with the execution and tactical implementation of the strategic plan. In addition, there were also many other areas supported, besides strategy and BD, including capture and proposal activities, marketing support, and executive coaching.
